Welcome to the CrossFit Nanaimo Community
We are a one of a kind core strength and conditioning program. We practice safe, functional movements that can be used in day-to-day life. Our programs can be tailored to meet the level of someone just beginning their fitness journey, to an elite level athlete; and anywhere in-between. Whether you are training for your next Iron Man, or simply looking for more energy to get through your day, our program is for you!
Our workouts differ by degree not kind. We practice cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy to optimize performance of any athlete.
We start everyone new with our introduction program, called On Ramp, (assessments, introduction to movements, and goal setting) to ensure we set you up for success!
