Before joining in with our daily workouts, everyone is required to complete the On Ramp Program. Our focus for the On Ramp Program is to teach you how to move safely and efficiently. Why? We want you to be able to lift more weight (get stronger), lift faster (have more energy), and most importantly,lift safely. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and confident going forward with your training.
Some of the course curriculum:
Gymnastics Movements: Pull-Up, Push-Up, Kipping, Handstand, and more
Strength Lifts: Back Squat, Front Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Shoulder Press
Olympic Lifts: Clean & Jerk, and Snatch
Other Movements: Rowing, Jump Rope, Warm-Ups, Mobility, & more
